Dealer Portal: Selling to End Customer

The first time an order is placed with AMETEK Brookfield, an email be will generated and sent with user name, temporary password (only for first time login), and link to the dealer portal:

Step 1 - Login: Click on the link to the Dealer Portal. Your web browser will then open to the login dialogue. Login with User Name for access to the Dealer Portal. Enter the User Name and Password (if it is your first time, it will be the temporary password from the email). When complete, click on the Login button:

If logging in for the first time, or you forgot your password and have an email to reactivate it, the following screen will require you to enter the temporary password and create a new password. Enter Passwords and click on Continue:

The following screen will then be displayed showing the most recent five orders made by your organization:

Step 2 – Select License: To view all available licenses to split to sub-dealers or end users, choose the Orders>Bulk Orders from the Orders menu:

 

The portal will then display all orders, and the number of licenses available, if any:

To issue a license to an end user, select the Order ID, click on Action, and choose Split:

The following screen will then let you choose an end user and how many licenses to grant them. Enter the number of licenses, and click on the

 

icon to select the end user:

Step 3 – Select existing or create a new Customer: Current end users can then be selected:

To list current end customers, choose End Customers from the list. If issuing the license to an existing account, select the account and Hit Next. Then, choose an existing end customer contact name and click on Save. When complete, go to Step #4.


If adding a new end customer, click on Action and choose Add Customer Organization:

At the next screen, enter customer information. The required fields include Organization Name and Display Name. Uncheck “Visible to Other Partners” if you do not want to share the end user information with sub-dealers. Then, click on Next:

Enter the End Users contact information, then click on Save. The required fields are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address:

Step 4 – Issue License: The following screen will provide the end customer and license. Click on Split:

On the pop-up screen, click OK to confirm the order:

On the next screen, click on Complete:

Step 5 – Generate Email: An email must then be generated to the end user. If you are not already on the List Orders page, choose the Orders menu, and select List Orders:

All orders will now be listed. Select the order, and then choose View>Email.

A verification will then appear. Click on Send to generate the email:
