Problem
Upon installation and first start-up, Rheocalc T prompts for an unknown username and password.
Solution
The Advanced edition of Rheocalc T requires the software to be password-protected upon installation to comply with FDA 21CFR part 11. Depending on the installation procedure, non-Advanced edition installations can sometimes also prompt for a log-in the first time the software is started. The below information will work in these cases, too.
The default log-in information is:
Username: Administrator
Password: admin
To change the log-in settings, see the Admin Tools pane on the right side of the software.
To change a user password, select Create/Edit Accounts from the same pane.
