Sending Install Log

Go to the "C:\Users{username}\AppData\Local\Temp" folder, where {username} is the user logged in to the computer when you tried to install Rheocalc T. In this folder, locate the "RCT_Full_CD.log" file and send it to me. You may need to turn on the View| Hidden items option to see the AppData folder. If it has been a while since you tried to install, the Temp folder may have been cleared out, so you may need to run the install again to recreate the log file.
